"Smart contract" is now available on the my.gov.ge portal.
The innovative service of the National Agency of Public Registry - "Smart Contract" - is now available on the unified portal of electronic services, my.gov.ge.
"Smart Contract" is a new, innovative digital service that allows Georgian citizens to fully remotely register the sale and purchase of real estate and register as an individual entrepreneur.
The parties pre-book a virtual meeting, confirm their consent via video call, sign the contract electronically, and the transaction amount is transferred through a secure mechanism only after the conditions defined in the contract are met.
It is noteworthy that "Smart Contract" is the first digital service through which the purchase of real estate and registration as an individual entrepreneur can be carried out safely and transparently from anywhere in the world. The service is a Georgian innovation and has no analogue in the world.
The availability of "Smart Contract" on my.gov.ge is another important step towards consolidating state electronic services in one space and simplifying the process of accessing them for users.
