my.gov.ge is a unified web portal of electronic services available in the public and private sectors, hosting more than 700 electronic services. Services are accessible to portal users based on the "one-stop-shop" principle — after registering on the portal and agreeing to its terms of use. Portal users can electronically request public information from various state agencies, fill out applications to receive various services, apply a qualified electronic signature/stamp if needed, send the completed application to the addressee, and receive a response through the portal.
Criminal Case Management System

Through the criminal case management program, investigators and prosecutors are able to carry out investigative and procedural actions on criminal cases electronically, which contributes to the effective provision of prosecutorial activities and procedural supervision of investigations.
The program was created through the collaboration of the LEPL Digital Governance Agency and the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia, and is used by all investigative agencies in Georgia and all structural units of the Prosecutor's Office.
sdgtoolkit.dea.gov.ge – Sustainable Development Goals Compliance System

The SDG Toolkit system is a simple, user-oriented electronic mechanism through which draft laws/policy documents of Georgia are checked for compliance with the 2030 Agenda/the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, and their degree of impact on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals is determined.
The users of the SDG Toolkit are employees of the ministries of Georgia and/or legal entities of public law (LEPLs). The portal is administered by the Secretariat of the Sustainable Development Goals Council.
aa-monitoring.gov.ge – Electronic System for Planning and Monitoring the Implementation of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement

aa-monitoring.ge is an information portal on the implementation of the Association Agreement between Georgia and the European Union.
aa-monitoring.ge was created through the cooperation between the Office of the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
The purpose of the website is to provide the public with information on reforms and changes related to:
The implementation of the National Action Plans for the Association Agreement;
Sectoral changes and reforms implemented within the framework of the Association Agreement;
Statistical data on individual sectors and actions taken during the implementation of the Association Agreement;
Policies and changes implemented in the direction of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) and sectoral cooperation;
Planned activities and legislative initiatives under the National Action Plan for the Association Agreement;
Increasing transparency, public awareness, and ownership in the process of the Association Agreement implementation and European integration.

The purpose of the ichange.gov.ge petition platform is to ensure public engagement in public policy, promote the transparency of the Government of Georgia's decisions and activities, and facilitate closer relations between the Government of Georgia and the public.
The project is managed by the Administration of the Government of Georgia, while its technical support is provided by the LEPL Digital Governance Agency.
roi.gov.ge – Registry of Registries Portal

Brief Project Description: Public institutions can register their existing information registries and services on the roi.gov.ge portal. This information will also be available in the public space, allowing anyone to access and review it.
Data.gov.ge – Open Data Portal

Public institutions of Georgia hold a vast amount of digital data, which they have accumulated in the course of exercising their authority or upon which they base their operations. Under the General Administrative Code of Georgia, state institutions are legally required to proactively publish a portion of this data.
Open data refers to raw, primary data published in appropriate spreadsheet formats (such as CSV, Open XML) or made accessible via electronic services (APIs).
To facilitate the publication and regular updating of this information, the Georgian Open Data Portal was created, specifically designed for publishing open data and metadata.
tfs.ge – Trade Facilitation System

The Trade Facilitation System acts as an information hub that establishes connections between various operational software programs for the timely and secure exchange of information. Through this network, electronic connections are facilitated not only between the private and public sectors, but also among government institutions (such as customs, railways, and border police) and private sector entities (including seaports, maritime shipping lines, airlines, road carriers, airports, terminals/warehouses, freight forwarders, railways, brokers, banks, and insurance companies).
Offender Information System (OIS) – Convict/Accused Registration System

The Offender Information System (OIS) is an internal web application accessible exclusively from the justice-network. The OIS is structured as a system consisting of various modules, including: the special registration module, the regime and security module, the public reception module, the resocialization and rehabilitation module, and the medical module. The implementation of this system facilitates the easy processing and exchange of data between different penitentiary institutions and agencies. Currently, the special registration module of the system is active and in use.
